On the occasion of Rajasthan’s statehood day, President Ram Nath Kovind and Prime Minister Narendra Modi sent their best wishes to the state’s people. Every year on March 30th, Rajasthan Day is commemorated to commemorate the state’s founding.

“On Rajasthan Day, greetings to all residents of the state. This state’s illustrious past is littered with heroic tales. Rajasthan has a distinct personality, rich in the rainbow shades of nature and renowned for its hospitality. I hope that the state has a good future “On Twitter, President Obama expressed himself in Hindi.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also used Twitter to wish the people of Rajasthan. “Happy Rajasthan Day to all of Rajasthan’s citizens, the legendary land of bravery, pride, and sacrifice.” He wrote, “I want the state will go forward on the path of progress.”

Rajasthan was established on March 30, 1949, and the state’s establishment is commemorated every year. This year commemorates the 73rd anniversary of the state’s founding. The kingdoms of Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner, and Jaisalmer merged to become the state of Rajasthan on this day.

According to reports, the state government will hold a celebratory event at the Albert Hall in Jaipur on Wednesday to mark the anniversary.

Rajasthan’s heritage dates back over 5,000 years and is known for its magnificent forts and palaces. The polity was made up of kingdoms – where the Rajput clans reigned over different territories – and had a rich cultural past. Rajasthan had formerly been a part of the Mauryan empire, as well as earlier empires like the Malavas, Arjunyas, Yaudhyas, Kushans, and Saka Satraps.

Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Alwar, and Jaipur, as well as Bikaner and Chittorgarh, are among the 19 princely kingdoms that make up the state. There are two chiefships in the region, as well as the British district of Ajmer-Merwara.

Rajasthan encompasses approximately 10% of India’s total land area and is home to several prominent tourist spots.
