71,000 appointment letters will be distributed by PM Modi in Rozgar Mela

In an effort to reduce unemployment in the nation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hand out approximately 71,000 appointment letters to newly hired employees on Tuesday as part of the flagship Rozgar Mela programme.

“The Rozgar Mela is a step toward the Prime Minister fulfilling his promise to give employment creation top priority. According to a government announcement, the Rozgar Mela “is anticipated to operate as a catalyst in additional employment generation and provide meaningful possibilities to the youth for their empowerment and direct engagement in national development.”

The Rozgar Mela programme aims to fill 71,000 open positions in the technical and paramedical fields, including those of instructors, lecturers, nursing officers, nurses, doctors, radiographers, and pharmacists. Many positions in various Central Armed Police Forces would be filled by the Union minister of home affairs (MHA).

The Karmayogi Prarambh module, an online orientation programme for all new hires in different government ministries, will also be unveiled by PM Modi. A code of conduct for government employees would be provided through the educational module, along with instructions on workplace ethics and integrity.

To improve the knowledge, abilities, and competences of civil officials, the government has introduced the Karmayogi Prarambh curriculum. The goal of the module is to enhance the efficiency of the civil service through online learning resources. Employee benefits and allowances to help them get used to these policies will be readily available to civil officials.

Physical copies of the appointment letters will be given to the new appointees at 45 locations across the country, according to the government’s press release, with the exception of Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh, where the Election Commission of India (ECI) has enforced the Model Code of Conduct ahead of the assembly elections.

On October 22, Prime Minister Modi announced the “Rozgar Mela,” which he hoped would draw one million participants and lessen the impact of the global financial crisis on the Indian economy.

The government is being accused by the opposition of using the “mela” as a “publicity gimmick” to hide its shortcomings in employment development.

Therefore, the new temple would fulfil the aspiration of the Maharashtrian people to see Sri Balaji Venkateswara in Mumbai, according to Shinde.

With the assistance of donor devotees, the Tirupati trust would invest over Rs 75 crore in the construction of this new temple.
