The death of Russian Hostages by Ukrainian forces has gone viral on the internet
On social media channels, horrifying videos of the Ukrainian military mercilessly executing captured Russian servicemen are circulating.
A Ukrainian soldier was spotted shooting a Russian soldier three times as another soldier alerted him that the Russian guy was still alive, according to The New York Times.
“Capture these marauders on film.” He’s still alive, after all. According to the New York Times, a Ukrainian soldier can be heard stating, “He’s gasping.”
According to the video, at least three more Russian soldiers, recognized by white armbands usually worn by Russian troops, were forced to sit near the victim.
According to The New York Times, one of the Russian soldiers was injured in the head and had his hands bound behind his back. The Ukrainian forces surrounded the Russian soldiers with equipment that had been taken over.
Ukrainian soldiers wearing blue armbands were seen in the footage, yelling “Glory to Ukraine,” which the New York Times declined to publish.
According to local Ukrainian media, the “Georgian Legion,” an organization of Georgian volunteers created in 2014 to fight for Ukraine, was responsible for the attack on the Russian POWs.
The video was allegedly shot north of the village of Dmytrivka, approximately seven miles southwest of Bucha, according to the New York Times.
Numerous footage of the Ukrainian military killing Russian POWs has gone popular on the internet. A Russian soldier was seen holding his hands up in a video, implying that the Russian soldier was slain after being apprehended.
“Bolshevik tried to escape… but he couldn’t,” the Ukrainian forces said in the video, laughing at the dead Russian soldier.
A Russian POW was dragged on the floor like a corpse and laid next to two dead Russians in another video. The soldier from Ukraine was observed packing his rifle. The Russian POW begs for compassion from the Ukrainian army. Another video purports to show the Ukrainian Neo-Nazi Azov unit committing horrendous war crimes against Russian POWs. Although sources were unable to independently verify the date and timing of these episodes, the video appears to have been shot and shared on social media recently, perhaps during the ongoing Ukraine-Russia conflict.
The Russia-Ukraine conflict is already on its 38th day since it began in the first week of February, when Russian President Vladimir Putin launched special military operations in Ukraine, claiming it is for demilitarisation and denazification.
The videos surfaced shortly after Western countries accused Russia of war crimes against civilians in Bucha. These charges have been refuted by Russia.

Navi Mumbai Civic Body Bridges the Healthcare Gap with Free Screenings and Follow-up Care Across Local Centers.
The Drive
In a major boost to public health, 1,292 citizens were screened during a free cancer detection drive conducted across various health centers by the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC).
The initiative focused on early detection for common cancers including oral, breast, and cervical cancers giving local residents access to crucial preventive care close to home. Medical teams set up diagnostic stations at Urban Primary Health Centers (UPHCs) to ensure seamless access, particularly for working-class and middle-income families.
Beyond basic checkups, civic health teams provided guidance on early warning signs, lifestyle risks, and the importance of routine health monitoring. Citizens identified with potential symptoms received direct referrals to municipal hospitals for further testing and subsidized follow-up treatment.
Community health drives play an essential role in saving lives by catching illnesses before they progress. By making preventive care accessible to all, NMMC continues to strengthen healthcare infrastructure across the city.
