Almost a month after leaving the board, Ashneer Grover, the company’s founder, and former managing director retaliated against Rajnish Kumar, the fintech company’s chairman, and Suhail Sameer, the company’s chief executive officer (CEO). Grover took to social media to voice his dissatisfaction with BharatPe’s first-quarter results under the present administration. “So I just heard @bharatpeindia concluded its first quarter of degrowth’s and maximum cash burn’ under the competent (sic) supervision of Rajnish Kumar and Suhail Sameer,” he said on Twitter.

“Chaabi chheenna and hatti chalana do alag alag skills hai!” Ashneer added, referring to BharatPe’s first-quarter performance under the leadership of Rajnish Kumar (BharatPe Chairman) and Suhail Sameer (BharatPe CEO). Markets are the final test of truth,” says Ab Nani. (Snatching the keys and owning a corner store are two very distinct abilities.)

Misappropriation of money is being charged by Ashneer Grover.

Grover was fired from all BharatPe positions last month after an audit uncovered severe governance infractions during his tenure. As a result of his wrongdoings, Mr. Grover is no longer an employee, a founder, or a director of the firm, according to the board. Grover had resigned as managing director and a director on the board of directors the day before, ending a two-month-long saga.

Grover made headlines earlier this year after an audio clip of him allegedly assaulting a Kotak Mahindra Bank employee went viral. Grover, who plays a “shark” on the Indian version of Shark Tank, made headlines earlier this year after an audio clip of him allegedly assaulting a Kotak Mahindra Bank employee went viral. Shortly after the phone call was made public, the ex-BharatPe managing director claimed in a tweet that the audio was fake. The tweet was later taken down, though. As a consequence, Kotak Mahindra Bank accused Ashneer Grover and his wife of using “inappropriate language” against their employees. Following the occurrence on January 19, Grover took a “voluntary leave of absence” until the end of March. “On or before April 1,” he was anticipated to return.

Following ten days, the BharatPe Board said that it will undertake an independent audit of its internal procedures and systems, which finally discovered inconsistencies in vendor relations. Ashneer Grover, on the other side, has stated that the governance evaluation was compromised by bias on several occasions. BharatPe’s co-founder and managing director, Ashneer Grover, resigned from the business and its board of directors on March 1, claiming financial mismanagement.
