Plot Transfer Of The Navi Mumbai Police Commissionerate Opens Door For Development

Published

Development will now be Facilitated by the Plot Transfer of the Navi Mumbai Police Commissionerate.

The Plot

In the lengthy procedure of transferring the land for construction of the Navi Mumbai Police Commissionerate’s administrative structure, a noteworthy milestone has been reached. The State Home Department has authorized a sum of Rs. 10.57 crores for this important project, the result of 33 years of unrelenting work.

The site at Sector-10, CBD Belapur, which was initially allotted by CIDCO 33 years ago, has remained undeveloped, impeding the growth of the Navi Mumbai Police Commissionerate. But now that funding has been approved, the path is finally open for the urgently required development. Police Commissioner Milind Bharambe is leading the project, which demonstrates the dedication and determination of the Navi Mumbai Police in obtaining this essential resource for efficient law enforcement in the area.

The transfer of funds procedure will advance significantly with the funds, which the Navi Mumbai Police Commissionerate would get from the Office of the Director General of Police in the next two days. With this development, the Commissionerate enters a new age of efficiency and usefulness as a new structure is set to be constructed. The Navi Mumbai Police Commissionerate has been following up with the state’s Director General of Police office on the long-awaited move. After years of bureaucratic delays, Commissioner Bharambe’s strong stance to pursue this subject has finally paid off.

A significant amount of the money collected from the Finance Department has been set aside by the State Home Department for the plot transfer in response to the Commissionerate’s demand. The government’s commitment to supporting the construction of necessary infrastructure for law enforcement is demonstrated by this allocation.

Though the Navi Mumbai police circle is celebrating this accomplishment, there are ongoing arguments about the money needed for the transfer because the plot is shifting from one government system to another.
