Eknath Shinde, the chief minister of Maharashtra, and Devendra Fadnavis, the deputy chief minister, attended the MNS-sponsored Raj Thackerays Deepotsav on Friday, which was a big move. Because of the goodwill displayed by Shinde, Fadnavis, and Raj Thackeray, speculation of a future political union was rampant. Raj Thackeray congratulated Shinde and Fadnavis for accepting his invitation to attend the “Deepotsav” in Shivaji Park in Mumbai, where it would last until November 8.

Added Raj Thackeray: “It’s been ten years since our Deepotsav. This is a celebration that we have been doing in the same way for ten years, but this time it is bigger. Happy Deepotsav and Diwali to everybody! A very merry Diwali to you “. After Thackeray’s plea, the BJP-Balasahebanchi Shiv Sena alliance withdrew their candidate from the Andheri East bypoll, bringing into sharp relief the relationship between the two parties.

MNS does not disqualify an alliance.

Raj Thackeray, the leader of MNS, left the possibility of creating an alliance for the upcoming elections for civic bodies in Thane, Mumbai, and other cities open. On October 11, he presided over a significant gathering of party members from all around Maharashtra. Senior MNS leader Bala Nandgaonkar stated to the media after the meeting that Thackeray had urged party members to have a positive outlook. The MNS leader allegedly stated that his party may succeed as a credible option in Maharashtra’s present political climate.

According to Bala Nandgaonkar, “This conference was of utmost significance. Party members and office holders from Nashik, Thane, Pune, and Mumbai attended this gathering. Saheb spoke to the party members. He strongly encouraged party members to begin making electoral preparations in his speech. because Maharashtra politics’ mud is getting under people’s skin. As a result, people now have higher expectations of us. Therefore, we ought to approach those who have a good outlook “.

Even if the JP Nadda-led party has occasionally disqualified an alliance with Raj Thackeray, an implicit understanding between the BJP-Eknath Shinde camp and MNS might be a significant factor in the future elections. The MNS leader and Devendra Fadnavis last had a meeting on July 15, while the latter was still recovering from hip replacement surgery. After Raj Thackeray praised the BJP politician for taking the oath as the Deputy CM on the direction of the party’s high leadership and emphasised that it cannot be regarded a “demotion,” they acted amicably.
