Another trouble for Pakistan increases: As UAE may demand repayment of USD 3 billion loans like Saudi Arabia

Pakistan is undergoing massive economical pressure. As per the reports of Hindustan Times, UAE may demand their loan repayment of $3 billion as it was the time to extend the contract with $1 but the Emirates doesn’t show any such features. As they are likely to take the repayments of their loans and also may end their relations.
While on this topic the finance minister of Pakistan didn’t utter a word by saying it as confidential. They said that it not going to end but going to be extended for 1 more year, As the UAE government also had announced the oil payments from Pakistan but canceled it very soon.
Saudi Arabia has told Pakistan to repay the loan amount in the last year which was provided by Arabians to financially support Pakistan in 2018. As Arab has also announced the oil deferred facilities for $3.2 billion. Pakistan also tried to make connections with Malaysia and Turkey to boost up their Islamic power.
Pakistan borrowed one more line to repay one loan
According to the finance ministry of Pakistan and the state bank of Pakistan, they had taken a loan from China to repay the $3 billion loan to Saudi Arabs.
As per the agreement of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, assistance was provided to Pakistan to roll over the amount at the end of the year for the period of 3 years. Pakistan was paying 3.2 percent interest on a $3 billion loan. As they have received an amount of $1billion in November 2018, second in December 2018, and third in January 2019. To repay this loan Pakistan borrowed a loan from china of three installments of USD 1billion, 1.5 billion, and 500billion respectively.

Navi Mumbai Police Arrest African National With Rs 1 Crore Worth Of Cocaine In Ulwe

The Anti-Human Trafficking Unit (AHTU) of Navi Mumbai Police arrested Jeorge Ocante DaSilva, a 35-year-old native of Guinea, on Monday for possessing 410 grams of cocaine, allegedly intended for illegal sale. Acting on a tip-off, API Alka Patil of the AHTU led a raid at RM Heights Building in Ulwe, where DaSilva was found in possession of the narcotics.

Around 2:30 p.m. on October 28, officers discovered 410 grams of cocaine, valued at approximately Rs 1,02,50,000, hidden in DaSilva’s bedroom. Authorities also seized a mobile phone, a black Tabata weighing scale, scissors, plastic packaging bags, and a sky bag, bringing the total seizure value to Rs 1,02,55,610.

An FIR was filed at Panvel City Police Station under Sections 8(a) and 21(a) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. Dasilva was presented in court and remanded to police custody until October 31, 2024. Investigations are ongoing, with the Crime Branch seeking potential accomplices and sources of the narcotics. Notably, Dasilva has a prior NDPS case registered at Nahar Police Station in Mumbai.

Thane Sees Surge of Nomination Filings for 2024 Vidhan Sabha Election

The final day for filing nominations for the 2024 Vidhan Sabha General Election witnessed a surge of candidates in Thane district, with a total of 281 applications submitted across 18 assembly constituencies. This high turnout signals a competitive race for seats in the upcoming election.

Among the nominees, 114 candidates represent various political parties, while 167 have filed as independents, reflecting a diverse array of participants aiming to represent Thane’s voters.
