A 20-year-old was detained by the NRI police for reportedly shoving his 16-year-old companion to death on Sunday when they were both having fun in a still-under-construction but abandoned building at sector 15 in Belapur. On Thursday afternoon at approximately 2.30 pm, they apparently got into a violent dispute over something, and in a fit of passion, the accused allegedly shoved her off the eighth storey of a building in sector 15 next to D Mart.
