Celebrating the birthday of Former Navi Mumbai Corporator Ravindra Ithape, a grand consecration ceremony was held.

Former Navi Mumbai corporator Ravindra Ithape, a former division leader and BJP Navi Mumbai District Vice President, marked his birthday as Janseva Diwas and marked the occasion with great enthusiasm by launching a number of charitable initiatives and public works projects. Ithape’s direct communication and easy-going nature helped him defeat the opposition.

Ravindra Ithape family & friend circle arranged a lavish consecration ceremony during this time in Akshata Banquet Hall, which is close to Nerul Bhima Shankar Society. Ravindra Ithape’s political mentor, Airoli MLA Ganesh Naik, Former MP Sanjeev Naik, BJP Navi Mumbai District President Sandeep Naik, BJP Navi Mumbai District General Secretary, Former corporators, Former city workers, and numerous other BJP officials were among those in attendance to wish him a happy birthday.

During this time, former MP Sanjeev Naik was instrumental in the launching of several municipal works, including the building of Nerul Sector 19 at late RR, which had been made possible from the tireless work of Ravindra Ithape’s.

It is anticipated that Rs 93312 would be spent. The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation will pay Rs 16355 to plant trees in the open space beside the road that runs from the Neel Siddhi Building to Ryan International School in Sector 19, Nerul, in order to make it more aesthetically pleasing. At a cost of about Rs 47 lakhs, the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation would beautify Sector 19, Nerul tree belt. It is noteworthy that this show demonstrated Ravindra Ithape’s ardent support for Airoli MLA Ganesh Naik, who has long been recognized for his beneficial activities in Nerul.

Raising a stern alarm over reckless urban expansion, State Minister Ganesh Naik has ordered a crackdown on questionable redevelopment projects across Navi Mumbai, taking a strong stand to protect the planned character of the satellite city.

Focusing on two controversial redevelopment sites in Vashi Sector 9 the Naivedya and Albela buildings Naik directed municipal officials to immediately halt suspicious demolitions, revoke dubious commencement certificates (CCs), and initiate strict action against civic personnel involved in illegal approvals.

Addressing citizens at a recently held Janata Darbar, Naik voiced deep concern over the misuse of cluster redevelopment schemes and Floor Space Index (FSI) regulations, warning that unchecked high-rise construction without matching infrastructure will overwhelm roads, water supply, and parking facilities.

“If increased FSI is granted to every building without planning proper roads, parking, and water supply, Navi Mumbai will become completely unliveable,” Naik asserted, urging an immediate audit of civic approvals. Ganesh Naik’s firm stance underlines a growing effort to hold civic authorities accountable and ensure that urban renewal respects public safety, transparency, and the long-term wellbeing of residents.

A deep sense of community and pride filled the grounds of Nerul Shiravane School & Junior College as residents gathered for a unique event combining local spiritual heritage with national patriotism.

Organized under the leadership of BJP District President Dr. Rajesh Patil, the morning began with a solemn ceremony venerating a Mrtika Kalash a sacred soil urn honoring the equality-focused teachings of Saint Ravidas Maharaj. Leaders and local citizens pledged to spread his message of social harmony before presenting 13 sacred urns to regional representatives.
