The incident took place during the girl’s birthday celebration in Sector 28, where Yash allegedly threatened her and her friends, leading to multiple police cases under the POCSO Act and the IPC.

According to Vashi police, during the party, Yash demanded that the girl stay with him and threatened that he would “ruin her honour” if she refused. When her friends opposed him, Yash reportedly called his associates and assaulted them.
